"Mary Poppins' cooler cousin"
- MICHELLE, MARRIED WITH AN AUDIENCE OF SEQUOIA TREES
On my sixth birthday my parents found a way to stop me causing mayhem.
A little plastic camera.
This backfired on them as they couldn't do a thing without my camera & I present. Remember this was the 80s - think dodgy perms, lots of smoking and my dad had a pretty impressive 'tache. 40 years later and I still have that camera in my collection.
Every part of a wedding day is magic to me and I usually have a little cry too over the joy of it all. The best bit? All the PEOPLE.
I bloody love people. And I love taking photos that make them happy.
MY PROMISE TO YOU
No forced anything
I will not make you pose for ‘romantics’. How unromantic. Forced romance in between cocktails and the first dance.
Snogging after the first look on a beach, however. GORGEOUS.
As it really was
I will craft a beautiful photo story that authentically captures your day as it unfolded. However, I will tell you if your knickers are showing. There is authentic and then there is saving you from all your guests seeing your scanties.
It really is all about you
I will treat you like the most important person in my life that day. Because you are. We spend a lot of time together on your wedding day. You’re nervous, excited and vulnerable.
Part cheerleader, part photographer, part therapist. I'm here for YOU.
We eloped in Vegas
And took our own photos
Sam & I met in Vegas, so it seemed only fitting to get married there.
We took a road trip to Las Vegas for the weekend, and got ourselves hitched. Armed with my trusty film camera, we then retraced our steps from the night we met.
It was a bit like the Hangover. If the Hangover suddenly became BADASS.
KATE IS THE BEST. Let me say that again, Kate is the BEST. She even wore skeleton cat earrings to meet me because she thought I'd like them - and I did.
She played with the kids, laughed with our family and friends, and commanded the space when it was needed - just totally part of the team.
She really listened to us, made us feel so relaxed, so looked out for, and so giddy all day, and it showed in her stunning photos. Every time something magical started to happen at our wedding, out of the corner of my eye I would see Kate capturing it.
"she photographs the human moments that make these events special, not just the visuals"
- CRISTINA, WORE A DINOSAUR COSTUME FOR HER FIRST LOOK
I’m as London as a pigeon riding the Tube. You'll hear me calling out a variety of these words... don't worry they all mean that the photos are epic.
I don't have enough photos of my family
And i have hundreds
For me there will never be enough family photos, even if I took a million a day.
Photographs are one of our most treasured possessions.
They're the next best thing to the people in them. Being away from my family during the pandemic has made me YEARN for them. Instead I make do with FaceTime and my photos. They anchor me to memories I will always revisit.
That is priceless to me. Allow me to do the same for you.
Ever since I can remember we have had this old brown suitcase. My brother and I would plead for my dad to get it out of the loft and we’d spend hours going through old photos. Even now with us both living far from home, we still like to go through the contents of this treasure chest every time we go back to London.
Most of the photos in the brown suitcase are etched into my eyelids, and sometimes I'll sneak a couple back to California.
