This really is the best job in the world.
When I was five years old I dressed up as Princess Diana the day she got married. I was wearing a net curtain and parading down the road, waving at passing cars. I truly believed they thought I was her. I no longer dress up as a princess, although now I'm wondering why not! I do still love everything to do with love though.
I absolutely love my job. The compliment I receive most at weddings is how great my energy is. For me there is no aspect of photography more rewarding than witnessing and capturing moments of pure emotion. Weddings are an occasion where the emotional are celebrated - the tearful mother clutching her hankie; the besotted couple always gravitating towards each other; the wistful grandma; proud best friend who has been on the same journey to find a soulmate.
I believe my love for what I do comes through in my images. Get in touch if you feel the same way!
"Kate completely personalized the experience to us and gave us photos we will never forget!"
Seriously one of the best experiences we as a couple have ever had at Disney and that is saying a lot! I knew my fiancé would be nervous to be the center of attention all day. He said himself that he quickly forgot the camera was there, became comfortable taking Kate's direction, and he was so much more at ease than I thought he would be! He even got into it and started striking poses and hamming it up.
Kate sent us our sneak peek SUPER fast and I am STUNNED by the images.
I have watched the slide-show too many times already.
We are so grateful to Kate for her positive attitude, adventurous spirit, side-splitting humor, and phenomenal talent.
